Thaa was born and raised in Indiana. In 2015, she moved to Miami, the booming market where she learned the ins and outs of the different aspects of the real estate business. She worked as the executive assistant for a full-service luxury development, building, and architecture firm which closed over $500 million in sales during her tenure with the firm.
In 2016, after obtaining her sales associate license in Florida, Thaa joined the first-ever Sports and Entertainment Division within an international brokerage firm, a division founded and sphere headed by senior vice president Tomi Rose. As Tomi’s executive assistant, Thaa assisted in building the nation’s leading sports and Entertainment Division. Thaa later joined the Tomi Rose Team, which sold over $200 million in sales. In 2021, the team was ranked nationwide top 5% at another national brokerage firm.
In 2017, Thaa moved back to Indiana. Then finished her major at Ivy Tech in business administration. The Midwest market came calling, and she answered by completing her broker license in Indiana. Thaa has become an esteemed top-producing sales agent in Florida and an Indiana broker associate at a firm focusing on Indianapolis and its surrounding areas.
