About Tashea McDougald

Tashea McDougald was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. She is licensed to sell real estate in New York, Maryland and Virginia, and has been in the business for over 13 years.  She holds a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Designation, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation, and is a Moseley Certified Real Estate License Instructor who teaches people how to get their real estate license. Tashea specializes in residential rentals and sales, as well as commercial real estate.

My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible, communicate effectively, and explain every step so you are always aware and prepared.” Prior to real estate, Tashea honed her excellent negotiation and customer service skills and keen attention to detail working as a paralegal for a family law firm and real estate law firm. Plus she personally owns and invests in real estate, and is a valuable resource for her clients in all facets of the business. In free time, she most enjoys reading her books, and relaxing with a good cup of coffee.
